1:1 Coaching & Education Package

Service Description

9 weeks of 1 on 1 weekly, 2 hour coaching/education sessions. This package is for established clients who have had at least 3 initial hourly sessions, with Nikki G, where current and past trauma history have been explored and recovery goals have been discussed. This package is a deeper level of coaching & education for clients about the trauma they have experienced (religious trauma, narcissistic abuse, cult involvement) as well as various healing modalities and how to implement them in their personal lives. The client and I craft tailored-made topics that are suited for the clients recovery needs. These topics are then expounded on during sessions each week. The client can go deeper with education and skill building, with handouts, resources and additional recovery tools given. There is a custom made interactive vision board accessible to client/coach to establish goals, track progress, and accountability work. Client receives a weekly “Connecting with you” questionnaire to foster reconnection with self after trauma. 4 optional connecting with me via text or phone call (20 mins) included.
