3 Month Individual Coaching Package

Service Description

13 weekly coaching sessions at a huge discounted rate! This package is for established clients , who have had at least 3 initial hourly sessions with Nikki G, where current and past trauma history have been explored and recovery goals have been discussed. In these sessions we will unpack the traumas and abuses you’ve experienced, deconstruct the patterns, beliefs, and maladaptive coping mechanisms that hinder your healing and recovery. Sessions are filled with attunement, empowerment, recovery tools and coaching to assist you along your journey to reconnect with self. Sessions are also filled with an environment where you can turn the page and heal from your past, establish your present, and look forward to your future with hope. Sessions are held on evenings or weekends unless otherwise arranged. Connect with me in-between sessions via email & texts. 3 optional 15 min. phone calls included during the 3 months. *Payment plans are available.
