Service Description

Here we will get acquainted and begin to establish our client/coach relationship filled with safety, attunement, and empowerment. Within the first 2 to 3 sessions we will explore your trauma history, your current issues, and discuss what your personal recovery goals and desires are. Any needed subsequent sessions after the 6, will be discounted $25 off the hourly rate.
