Service Description

This is the beginning of your coaching journey! Here we will get acquainted and begin to establish our client/coach relationship filled with safety, attunement, and empowerment. Within the first 3 sessions we will explore your trauma history, your current issues, and discuss what your personal recovery goals and desires are. We will also assess and determine together, which coaching package best suits your recovery needs.
